Origin Frizington, Cumbria, UK
Description Cluster of nice composite crystals grown from and interlocked with somewhat fragmented iron stained and cream coloured dolomite. On the back and the tops of the baryte crystals some reddish iron colouration has been incorporated in the growth of the crystals. On the front the barytes are the normal lustrous translucent appearance. interesting example. There is minor damage to the tops of some of the crystals.
