To Place an Order:

This is not an e - commerce site so in order to obtain anything that you may have seen and liked from the site you can:

1) Purchase immediately using a Credit card. Use the secure PAYPAL single item "Pay Now" buttons on the individual item description pages. Once payment has been confirmed your item will be despatched within two to three days.

To Place an Order using our (for multiple items)

First print out a copy by clicking on the button above.

Fill it in indicating the reference numbers (and quantities where applicable)
of the items you are requesting listing the name of the item in the description column.

Please be sure to fill in clearly your name and address and indicate
a suitable contact telephone number and/or e-mail address.

Subtotal your required items in the right hand column and add on the appropriate
Postage and Packing fee as indicated on the item page. Then fill in the Total.

Then you can then either post it or fax it to us.

Alternatively you copy the form as it is by clicking and dragging over it and then drop it into an E-mail and mail it to us once you have filled it in with your requirments.

Please be sure to fill in the subject bar of your browser with Mineral order followed by the Ref.no. of the first specimen you require.
(i.e. "Mineral order - Ref. No. 2MB 223" or "Fossil Order - Ref.No. Fos 243").
This will help us to recognise the mail from other maliceous mail and spam.

PLEASE NOTE :
We do not open any e-mail correspondence that we do not recognise.
All e-mail orders we receive will be acknowledged as soon as possible.

All our Prices are in UK Pounds & pence except where otherwise stated.

There is no minimum order for UK residents.
Non UK residents, minimum order of £10

Payment can be made by personal cheque or International Money Order in Pounds Sterling, or by using the secure PAYPAL "Pay Now" buttons on the individual item description pages.
Once payment has been confirmed your item will be despatched within two to three days.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH or uncrossed cheques and postal orders for security reasons.
We cannot give refunds if these go missing.

Please send payment with your request.

All small orders will be despatched within two to three working days of receipt of full payment.
Larger orders may take a little longer - we will inform you.

RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied, all items are fully refundable if returned intact in the condition in which they were despatched from ourselves within 21 days. No liability can be accepted for items returned broken. Please notify us of any items which are in the process of being returned.
