Material Apatite with "Adularia" and Chlorite
Origin Balochistan, Pakistan
Description A fine cluster of interlocking lustrous complex tabular hexagonal shaped lilac coloured Apatite crystals resting in a shallow cavitiy composed of near white Orthoclase Var. "Adularia" which is in part coated preferentially by a dusting of dark grey green Chlorite crystals.
A lovely example of Alpine type Apatite from the Himalayan mountains.
Dimensions 45mm x 33mm x 32mm appx.
